Nokia Wants to Ban Imports on Apple's Mobile Products

It seems like Nokia is at again, right after filing a complaint to the ITC about Apple infringing 7 Nokia patents, Nokia this time is requesting that the ITC ban imports on practically all of Apple’s mobile products including the iPhone, iPod and Macbooks. If the ITC is going to side Nokia, Apple will certainly have a tough start to the year. I think Nokia is being a bit too harsh on Apple, but hey, anything to keep the economy running; if anyone was to benefit from this dispute, it will definitely be the lawyers. What’s your take on this fiasco?
