Fly with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010

If you’ve been using the Release Candidate of Visual Studio 2010 (and are amongst those who gave their positive feedback), then here’s a piece of good news for you, Microsoft will be launching the final version in Malaysia this April. As opposed to a common misconception that developing software is so mind-bogglingly difficult, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 will make it “as easy as 1,2,3”.

“Being privy to the preparations leading up to the launch of Visual Studio 2010, we are very excited to soon be unveiling yet another exciting product from Microsoft. The contest will run from 8 to 24 March 2010. Themed “Now You Can Fly with Visual Studio 2010,” want-to-be winners are four simple steps away from winning the all new Visual Studio 2010 and a chance at becoming a pilot for a day:

   1. Be a fan of the Visual Studio Facebook fan page
   2. Snap a picture of something precious and of great value to you
   3. Submit the photo of the item(s) to the What Would I Give for a Visual Studio 2010 Facebook fan page photo album
   4. Spread the word and garner as many “Vote” for your photo post

The most creative entry as decided by the judges and the winner with the most votes will get to fly a Cessna 150 two-seater plane and receive an original Visual Studio 2010 Professional edition. The second and third top entries with the most number of votes will each walk away with an original Visual Studio 2010 Professional edition.
