If you’re waiting for the Nintendo DSi XL to arrive to Malaysia just so you can enjoy the bigger screen with your grandparents perhaps, forget it because Nintendo has just announced in Japan the all new 3D capable portable hardware that does not require you to wear an ugly 3D glasses! To be tentatively named the Nintendo 3DS, the console is expected to be launched during the fiscal year ending March 2011, but there will be a full unveiling of the set this June. As the successor of the NDS and NDSi, the console would be backwards compatible with current games. Ok, so your grandparents probably won’t care if it’s 2D or 3D, which is why there’s no harm in waiting for the 3D version, except for maybe some headaches from watching the graphics when you actually play the 3D games.
