Sony launches Walkman W250 for active lifestyle users

Sweat
can be a major bitch when it comes into contact with delicate
electronic items, so how does a runner get his music on? The typical
solution would involve some sort of third party sports band coupled with
a pair of in-ear phones, but wires are wires and spending a good 5
minutes before and after a workout to untangle your wires – or worse,
your wires getting caught in something while on a run – doesn’t sound
like a bundle of fun.
There’s
now a solution though thanks to Sony called the Walkman W250, the
second generation W-series Walkman that was purpose built to accommodate
sports users. Available only in 2GB capacities, the W250 is water
resistant (don’t confuse that with water proof) and can be washed under a
running tap after a sweaty workout session. The Sony W250 retails for
RM299 and is available in all Sony Designated Stores nationwide.
