So, you think you’re hot stuff at retro console gaming? Have you beaten Contra on hard mode without cheats? Can you complete Super Mario Bros in your sleep? Whatever it is, Nick Hagman is dancing circles around you. 

Nick is known for completing console games using a Dance Dance Revolution pad. I’ll let it sink in for a while. Imagine playing a frustrating game requiring dexterous digits like Castlevania, now imagine doing it with your feet. Nick has done it before, firstly with Castlevania and now, he’s just finished the original Super Mario Bros.

If you think about it, his 14 attempts are relatively few before the eventual clear. I shudder at the thought of how much practice time he has to put in to even consider attempting this ludicrous feat(heh). What’s next for Nick? He’s considering DuckTales or Mega Man 2. Anyone else think Mega Man 2 will be his undoing? I mean, I couldn’t even do it on a console!
