PostHeaderIcon Logitech launches surround sound headset, the G35

Launched yesterday, the Logitech G35 headset is aimed mainly at the gaming community. It features 7.1 channel surround sound powered by second-generation Dolby® Headphone technology.

The G35 can simulate complex acoustics of a listening room, creating a detailed, outside-the-head sound field. Also, with its proprietary ear-enclosing design, the G35 can greatly reduces ambient noise from interfering with your entertainment, while an adjustable, noise-canceling microphone focuses on your voice and reduces background noise.

The G35 also comes with a software can emulate six voice-morphing options, including cyborg, giant, mutant, space squirrel, troll and alien. It also supports popular chat clients such as Ventrilo or Team Speak and has three G-keys on the left earpiece for one-touch command over voice morphing. Additional on-ear audio controls fast and easy access to volume, microphone mute and surround sound adjustments.

To ensure confort during long gaming sessions, the G35 includes three swappable headbands – thin, thick and contoured designs for individual needs.

Available in April, the G35 will retail for RM539 from all authorized distributors.
