...And the Battle Continues between Nokia and Apple

Last Tuesday, Nokia in response filed a complaint to the US ITC (International Trade Commission) stating that virtually all products made by Apple infringe 7 Nokia patents on hardware-related parts such as antennas, cameras and power management. Although Nokia did not state its purpose of the suit, it is believed that most ITC complaints usually seek import bans to prevent the company from selling certain products.Looks like this legal dispute will take a while to be settled, especially if Apple is going to take another 2 months to respond.
