Gold Plated Camera by Leica

Leica cameras have always been known for its expensive price, but they are taking things a step further to celebrate China’s 60th anniversary of the Peoples’ Republic of China by introducing limited edition gold-plated cameras. Leica will be making 60 cameras with its lens coated with 24k gold and the body covered by Leica Red Box Calf leather. Each of the cameras will come with a special serial number starting from the year 1949 to 2009. Sold exclusively in China, these cameras costs more than RM100,000 each! Just imagine the weight of this camera, I doubt whoever who buys this will ever use it!
