PostHeaderIcon Prices of PCs Expected To Soar This Year

If you’re planning to buy a PC sometime later this year, then expect a ridiculously high price because prices of PCs are expected to hike. During the recession last year, manufacturers have reduced capacity and delayed building additional plants, causing a component shortage this year. Another primary reason for the price hike is due to the transition from DDR2 to DDR3 memory components, which are up to 23% more expensive. The prices of LCD panels and hard drives are also expected to cost 20% more. Right, now that the manufacturers are recovering from the recession, it’s our turn to suffer the post-effect!
