Review: 2009 Nike+ SportBand


One such innovation is the Nike+ technology. Developed in collaboration with Apple, the technology involved a set of devices that enable runners to record and track their performances. Originally available only for iPod users in 2006, the company has then released the Nike+ SportBand in 2008 to cater for non-Ipod owners out there.
Subsequently, the SportBand was released once again into the market earlier this year, after it went through a minor redesign. We recently put the runner’s companion device through its paces in order to see how the technology works.
