Lotus Racing Rolls Out Their 2010 F1 Machine

Ready or not, the 1Malaysia F1 Team or its official name, Lotus Racing (http://www.lotusracing.my) is set to make a mark in the year’s FIA Formula One World Championships with the all new Lotus Cosworth T127 race machine. The unveiling of the machine took place last week at Royal Horticultural Hall in London and was done by the Team Principal, Tony Fernandes together with the team’s Chief Technical Officer, Mike Gascoyne and drivers Jarno Trulli, Heikki Kovalainen and also, Fairuz Fauzy.
We are quite impressed with the team’s dedication and hard work, who managed to build the car in just five short months. For now, we have no idea how powerful this baby is since we have yet to receive its official specifications but what we knew so far is that it is powered by a Cosworth engine matched together with an Xtrac gearbox and Bridgestone tyres.
Well, enough talking for now and let’s see how the T127 is going to perform in real life, starting from the Bahrain GP on 14 March 2010. Few more snapshots of this magnificent 1Malaysia-labeled machine are available right after the break.
