PostHeaderIcon Coming to you soon, the Nokia N8

If you’ve been searching about leaked news and information about the Nokia N8 then look no further because it is now official. Although it’s not available now (estimated to launch into selected markets during the third quarter of 2010), the N8 will certainly be something to look forward to with its 12MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, Xenon flash and a large sensor like those found in compact digital cameras. Sure it could take years for it to produce a DSLR quality image, but for now, the N8 allows you to enjoy compact camera quality images and HD-quality videos topped up with Dolby Digital Plus surround sound when plugged onto a home theatre system. Like many of the new Nokia devices with A-GPS, the N8 also comes with free global Ovi Maps walk and drive navigation.

More after the jump.
Powered by Symbian ^3, the N8 makes use of the latest edition of the Symbian software to bring to users several major advances like multi-touch, flick scrolling and pinch-zoom. With the new 2D and 3D graphics architecture in the platform, the N8 is also able to deliver a faster and more responsive interface. Stay connected with your friends using the N8 to access popular social networking websites and enjoy on-demand Web TV programs anywhere you go; the N8 can deliver programs from entertainment channels like CNN, Paramount, National Geographic right to the phone.
