PostHeaderIcon Google Chrome Beta Now Available for Download

Fans and users of Google Chrome browser, it’s time to upgrade because Google has just released new beta versions of Chrome for Linux, Mac and Windows. The new version is one of Chrome’s most significant speed and performance to date, promising up to 35% improvement compared to the previous beta channel release. According to Google, that means this update has a performance improvement of as much as 213% and 305% on the V8 and SunSpider benchmark compared to their very first Chrome beta. Visit Google for a more detailed explanation of the new features you’ll get, including the initial integration of the Adobe Flash Player plugin with Chrome to deliver a better user experience.

Download at your own risk though, it’s still in beta which means it’s bound to have problems and will probably crash quite often. So far, compared to my previous version 5.0.342.9, I’m enjoying it very much! Watch the speed test from Google right after the jump.
