PostHeaderIcon Symantec to Help Partners Grow Further with Specializations

In an effort to maximize growth and opportunities for their valuable partners, Symantec is going to implement new enhancements to their Partner Program that will put a greater emphasis on rewarding Symantec’s partners for their capabilities and competencies. To be fully implemented at the end of this year, the programme’s foundation will be hold by what the global computer security company refer to as Specializations.
Meant for partners with proven expertise in a specific technology or business area, Specializations would be able to provide partners with skills and expertise that would help them serve their customers better. Not only that, once a partner achieves Specialization, Symantec will provide them with additional resources, tools, incentives and sales support that will help them increases their competitive advantage, improve recognition by customers and drive more revenues.
“Our channel vision is to deepen the relationships with our partners and help them to identify new ways to accelerate growth.  Symantec’s enhanced partner program based on Specialisations will enable our partners to stay ahead through their investment in the development of skills and in-depth knowledge in particular competence areas. We will be delivering new tools and resources to help partners accelerate these growth opportunities.”Eric Hoh, Symantec’s Vice President for Asia South region.
For starters, Symantec is currently offering Specializations in the area of Endpoint Management, SMB, and Data Loss Prevention; with more to be available in the near future. Log on to Symantec Partner Program official website (http://bit.ly/cAN3fN) to find out more.
