PostHeaderIcon Sony Sued for "Other OS" Option Removal

It seems like the “Other OS” option on the phat Sony PlayStation 3 is so important, a Californian man now wants to sue Sony for the removal of the feature. According to reports, the man, Anthony Ventura, has filed a lawsuit regarding the “intentional disablement of the valuable functionality originally advertised as available”. The 3.21 firmware update has even led some users to hack the feature back in unfortunately, by doing so, users will be limited in terms of functionality. While I’m sure there are people who would praise Anthony Venture for his move, it seems very unlikely his suit will be a successful one; there should be a clause in the terms and condition that allows Sony to remove that option.
